Refund Policy

No refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind, personal reasons, or family emergencies.
• Dissatisfaction with teaching, faculty, or study material.
• Class schedule, batch timing, or venue changes.
• Non-attendance of classes (whether online or offline).
• Course discontinuation or voluntary admission cancellation.
• Medical issues, injuries, or long-term illnesses.
• Technical issues (internet connectivity, device failure, app bugs, or power failure).
• Exam postponement, cancellation, or changes in the exam pattern by authorities.
• Force majeure events including lockdowns, strikes, natural disasters, or civil unrest.

Once payment is made, the student and/or their guardian irrevocably waives any right to claim a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or legal claim against a valid transaction shall be treated as a material breach of contract.

BSC Academy reserves the right to immediately terminate access to services and recover all associated legal, administrative, and recovery costs from the student or payee.
