By accessing our website, making payment, or attending classes, the student legally binds themselves to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Admission & Fees

• Admission is confirmed only upon full payment or authorized installment plan completion.
• Fees once paid are final, irreversible, and subject to the No Refund Policy.
• No transfer of course, batch, or student identity is permitted.

2. No Guarantee Clause

BSC Academy provides coaching and guidance only. The Institute does not guarantee selection, rank, marks, or success in any competitive examination. Results depend solely on the student’s effort and decisions of external exam authorities.

3. Right to Modify Services

BSC Academy reserves the unrestricted right to:

• Change faculty members, course structure, syllabus, or batch timing.
• Shift between online, offline, or hybrid modes of teaching based on administrative needs.
• Cancel or merge batches due to low enrollment or operational reasons. No refund or compensation shall be payable for such modifications.

4. Online Classes & Technical Disclaimer

The Institute shall not be responsible for student-end technical failures including poor internet connectivity, device incompatibility, or power issues.

No class repetition, fee adjustment, or compensation will be provided for technical failures beyond the Institute’s direct server control.

5. Discipline & Termination

BSC Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's admission without refund for:

• Misconduct, indiscipline, or harassment of staff or fellow students.
• Misuse, recording, or unauthorized sharing of course content.
• Spreading misinformation or defamatory content regarding the Institute.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including videos, PDFs, tests, recordings, logos, and study materials are the exclusive intellectual property of BSC Academy.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, recording, or distribution is a criminal offense and will result in:

1. Immediate termination of admission without refund.
2. Legal action under the Indian Copyright Act and applicable criminal laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

BSC Academy shall not be liable for examination authority decisions, career outcomes, academic results, or any direct or indirect losses suffered by the student.

8. Indemnification

The student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BSC Academy from all claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from the student’s violation of policies or misuse of Institute content.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam, India only.

10. Final Authority

The decision of the management of BSC Academy shall be final and binding in all matters related to admission, academics, and administration.
